Before there were secret sauces, there were experiments.

Before there was a brand, there was just someone messing about in the kitchen thinking,

“I reckon this would taste f*ing amazing.”

THEN CAME THE BREAKFAST COMPANY.

Tucked away on the menu was The Wing Shack.

A few wings.

A few sauces.

And the beginning of something that wouldn't leave us alone.

We've spent years messing with flavours, trying things that probably shouldn't work, finding ways to make wings taste like nothing else on the street.

NO OFF-THE-SHELF SAUCES.

Just wings, ideas and a lot of messing about until we got it right.

THEN CAME WINGKING.

Born around 2020, WingKing hit the streets as a pop-up — serving wings,

throwing out sauces and building a following one box at a time.

And then came CROWN JEWELS.

Our signature sauce.

Twenty years of messing about with flavour went into creating it.

And we're still not telling you what's in it.
