Before WingKing had a name, there were wings.

We've been messing with flavours, mixing sauces and finding ways to make wings taste like nothing else on the street for years.

No fancy chef training bullshit.

No off-the-shelf sauces.

Just wings, ideas and a lot of messing about until we got it right.

Then came The Breakfast Company.

And tucked away on the menu was The Wing Shack.

That little side project planted the seed.

WingKing came next.

Born around 2020, WingKing started hitting the streets as a pop-up — serving wings, throwing out sauces and building a following one box at a time.

And then came Crown Jewels.

20 years in the making.

A signature sauce we've spent years perfecting, served with our secret-recipe cheese dip.

Two things we don't give away easily.

The sauce is secret.

The cheese dip is even more secret.

Then we stepped away.

But the wings never really went anywhere.

NOW WE'RE BACK.

Not seven days a week.

Not trying to be everything to everyone.

One day. One kitchen. One hell of a lot of wings.
